MW compound’s finally installed

I originally bought the kit last November but I work mainline pipeline and have been out east for a couple years. I finally made it back home and had time to install the kit. I sent everything off to get coated, hot side was done in black high temp ceramic and cold side powdered in illusion cherry and cleared. The install was tight but really not bad. I’m still waiting for a fitting for the oil drain line for the oil pan and a shorter air filter but other than that it’s completely done.

Do you know if the 17s are direct replacement on the 11-14s like the 15-16s are? If so I’m interested in a price shoot me a pm, great build BTW

Yes they are.

Yes it’s a stock turbo in the valley for now I was thinking of trying one of the new Midwest mp series turbos in the valley whenever they come out.

Get that 10mm and do a fleece cheetah 63 VGT

And if you're feeling froggy, 30% injectors and a good street trans/converter setup.

Would be a wicked 750-800 rwhp setup

Lol right. I’ll probably just do a 10mm over pump and valley charger for now. I drive my truck all over the country for work it’s needs to last.

Nah.

VGT compounds dont make any torque. Everybody knows that.
