looking to go non vgt with a billet 66, 225/100's and stock trans (for now). I want to be at 600whp. Anybody have any experience with this setup? I tried looking on the "post your dyno numbers" thread and i didnt find too much that would help me.
truck is on 35's with 20's with mishimoto intercooler, supporting mods, sct, ficm tuned, as well as fuel system. Any input would be great.

If you have enough HPO you will be over 600 with that setup.

I would go smaller on the nozzles, maybe a 75?. Those 185/30's do work.

What year is your truck and are you planning on doing any towing with it. IMO if your not planning on towing with it and you have a 05-07 go with 205/100s if you have a 03-04 go 225/100s with a 66 and T4 divided uppipes. If you are planning on towing (more than a jetski) go with a smaller charger like a 64 and 190s.

This..

However you could still tow moderate with either larger charger setup with a GREAT tow tune

I can still tow with my set up, it doesn't like overdrive but its doable
This truck has never towed more then a 17 foot boat, which i no longer have. I was told that I will be fine for egt's and smoke with proper tuning. anything with towing i have another vehicle that i can tow with so that wont be an issue.

You'll be happy with that setup and should be right around 600. Maybe 205's maybe 225's 205's will hold ICP better and loss of icp is huge loss of power... Ask me how I know LOL

I'm running 205s and a 66 and can't hold icp. I'm running 150% though. I wish I'd gone with 75% or 100%

Guys are making good power on 175s. Maybe even go 190/75. I realize a non vgt will need help with spool down low but is a 205 needed?
