I didn't take time to look at the fuses either. Off the top of your head do you know which fuse or fuses to check?

Your suggestion to do this worked, so it's not hydro locked and the starter is fine. I just bumped it a couple of times.

Yes a system. All the rest of the parts are available except the HPFP.

Starter doesn't click or anything. I highly doubt trying to start it only twice would fry the starter, but who knows. I'm guessing a blow fuse or something in the PCM is telling it not to try. I really don't know and haven't had the time to look into it much.

Glitter in lower filter housing. Truck stumbled then quit. Tried to restart it and it slightly ran for a few seconds and quit again. Tried to start it again and it timed out cranking. Now it won't even try to crank. Do you have an idea of why it won't crank? Could be a blown fuse, I haven't had...

They actually did find the issue. One of the male pins in one of the wire harnesses under the dash had came loose in the connector and wasn't making a good contact. Apparently when the tech would pull the harness apart the pin would look to the eye that it was where it was supposed to be, but...

My HPFP went out on Saturday. On top of the fact that I knew it was going to be expensive to fix apparently the pumps are very hard to come by. Does anyone know if a Navistar HPFP is the same and will work in the Ford application. Not sure that they are anymore readily available than the Ford...

Ended up being the battery cable end at the junction stud on the drivers side fender well. Too much Michigan road salt and it corroded the terminal off. A cheap and relatively easy fix. Glad for that as electrical can be a PITA. Thanks to everyone who responded.

The junction split appears to be the issue so far. Anyone know what that junction split part is actually called? I could reuse it, but it's not in the greatest shape if I could pick one up at the auto parts store.

Could you be more specific on what to look for when looking there.
