I dont have a forescan, but maybe should get one.? When it was in the shop a couple weeks ago, no codes had presented themselves at that point.

Assuming on these newer trucks, just removing batter terminals and letting it sit for a half hour, gets the job done?

Hi,
I would most definitely purchase FORScan...full license is only $15 / year and reader is free. Other cost is for OBD2 adapter for either phone or laptop. It is a very comprehensive program.
Sometimes disconnecting power works (battery), sometimes not.

Silly question but have you changed the cold side boost pipe? At 85k my truck had the same behavior. The cold side was cracked and leaked boost. Because of that it also made the map look like yours. Once the map and the cold side is changed you’ll have to run it for 500+ miles with a obd2 scanner that can reset codes.

The broken cold side pipe will not throw a check engine light but will throw a preliminary code that puts the truck I to a stealth limp mode.

Once replaced the truck will do lots of regens and keep throwing odd codes as it relearns itself which is why you want to drive with the code reader.
