Transmission Fluid

So I know alot of the Duramax guys have put a 50/50 mix of hydraulic fluid and ATF in there transmissions and had great luck. Have any of you guys tried it in a Ford?

I live on the northside of Holland, work in Grand Rapids, and work on my truck and car in Allendale. I hope to see plenty of Powerstroke Army stickers up at Silver Lake this summer.

anyone whos used RCD's black onyx head gaskets chime in

I have done about 20 head gasket jobs on 6.0 and used BO head gaskets. I have never had a problem. Maybe its not the head gasket thats failing. Maybe its the installer? :lookaround:

TDI questions

The ALH is more like a 24Valve Cummins actually. They have a Injection pump just like the VP44s that came on the 24valves. I would not say its like a 12 valve at all....

I bought my truck as a wreck truck also. DPF was plugged but other than that it ran great.
