who can get parts ceramic coated?

Local guy has been dicking me around all summer and I want this stuff done by end of the month.

turbo housing
housing outlet
bellowed up pipes
exh collector

all are for a 97 OBS engine

I want a satin black finish

Can any vendors help me out here???
