7.3 fan clutch noise
Few things here of little to no value. Working on 6.0s for 15 years. Never had one that had issues with the factory fan not keeping it cool. 6.0 No Idle, Runs all day when held above 900 rpm
Same guys that will drop their truck off at the shop but dictate how are you to do everything because they read somewhere on a forum that this guy did this and it fixed it -

Electronically they fail very rarely. Make sure it has the heat guard around it and that the y pipe has the heat shield.- DEEZUZ

Was the screen compromised or heavy debris on it? If so, if you don't change the screen under oil cooler you'll be back at the IPR soon.- DEEZUZ

So your running to default. Check the 5v at the sensor pigtail, wiggle test, etc.. The circuit sounds funky. Icp sensors get icp pigtails when changed.- DEEZUZ

Probably shedding metal like crazy into the splash shield.. They break exactly around the bolted flange in almost a perfect circle- DEEZUZ

4r100 Excessive line pressure!!
Any issues removing/installing valving in the valve body? When I did mine the bores were so bad I had to file them down to get old out/new in.. I had tonaoend a few hours going through almost all the ports..- DEEZUZ

6.4 Engine Rattle Need Help
Miles mean nothing. Especially when most of the stuff I touch has 35k mi 6700 hrs and 4200 idle hours. True story on a 15 6.7 I just did up -

As far as the Parker lube goes, my buddy just got me a bunch of it. I'm in the experimental phase right now with it, I've been using it on my pool/hot tub/house water filter o rings. If it passes then I'll take it to work. -

I've never relied on engine oil for these. I either use dielectric grease or STP... STP is amazing... -
