No such thing as a "black box" on a Ford. The most they will see is the sequential communications codes from the modules loosing contact with the pcm during the flash- sootie

A 6.0 or 7.3 hfcm doesn't produce enough pressure to keep the 6.7 happy, you need 80-120 psi Adding a glass bowl type water separator wouldn't hurt for sure. And no, a stock fuel, deeleeted six four is still a time bomb. No telling when a k16 will give up or a lifter will lunch the cam... -

On the top end there is barely any difference. The bottom end is a 1st gear that is used for a split second (aka useless), and a horrifically slow reverse gear! The sole reason is to keep the engine in its most efficient range to manage emissions better.
