    (didn't re-read the entire thread again)...but didn't at some point one of the rockers break idling through a parking lot or something? if so...I suspect there are other issues...the 'time to close' at idle/near idle rpm is soooo long that stiffer springs are probably not going to fix it...

    I was hoping for an actual 'datalog' of those parameters, not so much a screen shot...but injector PW looks quite short for a 'race tune', even though there is (apparently) plenty of ICP (@3300psi based on 4.4v)

    can you monitor mass fuel desired, inj PW, boost, engine rpm and ICP? (full load, driving WFO) stock tune (ie, no tuner on ECM) still acts the same? seems to me that the tune simply isn't requesting any fuel (and/or the injs aren't capable/or are damaged in some way)

    most likely a chip/connection issue..(chip not seated/corrosion on circuit board?) though, I have had one 7.3L customer experience a similar issue, and I had to copy/paste his VIN into each one of his chip programs so that the CTS(2?) would work correctly... though I can't recall if he had any...

    if you have a chip tuned for a later style PCM, you'll be able to connect with the scan tool...or we (or others) can reprogram the PCM. MLE programs would be what you'd want to run, since they are the most common for 94.5-97 manuals.
