    Harmonic balancer

as of earlier this year, you can NO LONGER install an ATI unless the crank is balanced WITH it..they are about 10 grams different. Fluidampr can be installed in place of the stock dampner.

95 7.3 low icp low icp duty cycle

if it's not throwing a CEL (P1211 code) annnnd not maxing out the IPR%, then there's your answer. The PCM is absolutely happy with that pressure...ie, that's all the chip is commanding under those conditions. also, those ICP values wouldn't have anything to do with the exhaust hazing.

What injector to match a 6.7

you can easily match the hp of a 6.7L, but you will NOT be able to run at a similar SUSTAINED power level due to HEAT period. go count how many coolers for anything with a fluid are on any of the new trucks...and note that they're barely make high 300s to the tires. for you to even make high...

    2004 6.0 No Start

as mentioned, check FICM sync and double check you're reading ICP_ACTUAL and not ICP_desired ICP_actual is what is actually getting to the injectors (ICP_desired is just what the ECM is requesting)...but you're probably ok since you're IPR is only in the 30% range. and while the FICM voltage...

    Source for PCMs?

we can test and repair the 7.3L PCM (circuitboard and software).. but I'll tell you this..in my experience I don't think you have a PCM or chip issue. if you want to rule out the PCM and can come across a 99-01 F-series PCM...you can run it HOWEVER YOU WILL NEED TO UNPLUG YOUR GPCM to prevent...

    Aluminum shavings in oil

after 15 pages...I assumed someone would have noticed 0 rpm... until you get rpm...the PCM isn't going to command any IPR duty cycle... (ProTip: because it doesn't think you are even cranking...)
