    Who makes this tool? I have the OTC kit and the Rosewood both you have to hammer in the cups to seat them, FWIW I prefer the steel OTC driver to the aluminum Rosewood kit.

    Find a competent CNC shop and buy the tools to do cups yourself. 2nd option is to buy a BHJ cutter and cut the grooves yourself.

    There is not an actual issue per se, Garretts setup utilizes a Fass air return system built in so he will have to use the high speed function under hard load.
