    Power output of stage 1’s

Thats all in the tuning. You can tow with a max power tune. Finding a tuner who can do that is your biggest hurdle. Shift programming is a big culprit. Stock shift tuning actually works about perfect. Ramping fuel up early is another big issue and very common. Smoke is a sign of a poorly written...

    Glowshift gauges any good?

That is what drew me to them. Price wasn't even a consideration. I currently have a combo of isspro, dipricol and whatever Banks uses, and I don't like any of the display/faces.

    Dual remote IPR's

Ok, so I have this custom HRT Dual Remote IPR block and a fairly expensive set of custom hoses that I was planning to use with a set of twins (those are long gone and good riddance) But I'm still thinking of using it. Mostly for ease of access to the IPR. I was also thinking I could set it up as...

    Glowshift gauges any good?

What trend is that? This literally had nothing to do with price, I like the display. Please, share some more of your insight. I love ignorant commentary and you seem to be the go to guy now.

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

I know you're not saying it's my issue, I'm really not trying to have a pissing match here. I'm just asking a logical question to see if I'm missing something, or if you are, or both, and making sure I'm understanding where your line of thinking is going. I appreciate the input very much. I've...

    HPOP

Are you saying they are the same as a stock pump, or the same as ea other and one has a reliability tweak?

Looks like I had the pleasure of entirely skipping that era

Good info thanks for sharing that. I was gone for several years and it looks like drama did a lot of damage lol.

    Glowshift gauges any good?

I have 4 different styles/brands of gauges that have been slightly annoying me since I got the truck, and I dont like any of them (especially the Banks gauges) so I'm looking to get a matched set. I like the Glowshift gauge packages on Amazon with the color options but I don't know anything abut...

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

If the injector was internally consuming oil somehow, it would have to go into the fuel and would show in the filter. Otherwise, where is it going? If it was just being returned to the oil system, it wouldn't be a consumption issue.

I've always liked compounds. Never found a clean way I liked to do the atmo.

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

My wife hates that idea. So I won't show her. Did you try new o rings first on those injectors you mention before replacing them? I just don't see how they could pass that much oil internally and it not show a symptom other than oil consumption. I would think it would definitely show in duty...

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

Yea, theres no haze at all, even at startup now that I'm at sea level and warm climate. I have Swamps 170/30's with about 100k on them, I think, I left the service records in CO so cant check. Truck is at 187k currently. I just don't see any indicators that there's an injector problem. Here's...

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

Sure, but wouldn't it bleed down at shutdown? It also starts immediately in 70 deg in the morning. (yes, I went from dead winter in CO mtns to palm trees and sunshine in FL last week :D) Also, my experience has been that all the seals and orings shrink when its cold, hence the cold start issues...

    Cheap Amazon IPR

Maybe. There's still a lot of T444's working hard every day, in addition to 8-9 years of 7.3's still running around. That's a pretty big market.

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

Except it fires right up in -0 deg weather on GP's only.

38r might be toast, looking at KC center section

Read my first post. It's not the orings. They are brand new and it starts right up in -0 degree weather on GP's. I have (had) a racor CCV filter (it's an actual filter not a seperator) that apparently creates back pressure on the crank case, and the 38r bearing seals apparently leak easily. I'm...

    Cheap Amazon IPR

lol, yea that's what I figured. I just went through the reviews on several of them and looks like at least half of them don't work. Golfer always said use a new Motorcraft IPR. Guess nothing has changed.

    Floating injector poppets?? High ICP

I noticed you're running a 400% nozzle, and you said you pulled the PW back to 2.6. I haven't done the math in awhile and would need to find some tables but with those nozzles you shouldn't need a lot of PW to empty a 350cc injector, and when you have too much PW I think you start seeing those...
