Any reports on this? Pretty sure turbo bearing seals are leaking. Just made cross country trip and went through a LOT of oil (1qt/100miles roughly). New injector o-rings. Injectors pass buzz and contribution tests. Startup is quick, even in -0 (zero) deg/-11 w/windchill on just GP's it fires...

Yea, thats where the oilguard url redirects. I'm just going to ****** this entire setup. Its leaking at canister fittings and the cost of filters makes cost benefit nil. I'd rather do an extra filter change between oil changes or change oil more often.

cracked front cover

My 96 did the same thing, but it probably had something to do with the mechanic who serviced the oil cooler. Took truck in to dealer with an oil cooler leak, picked it up, took gooseneck to get a load of drywall for a house and it started leaking coolant, drove right back to dealership. Mechanic...

Filter is EPS-20. I'll have to look tomorrow but I'm pretty sure the bypass connects at the rear oil cooler boss.

I might check that out since I've decided to buy another pump just to have a spare. Those things are not easy to get when you need one unless you go to Ford, and they want almost 1K for one.
