    Switching to a later PMT1 computer and tunes is probably the only way out of that one. E99 computers had a pretty lame trans control/shift map from what I remember tuners telling me.

    OP, you mentioned you checked ICP and DC, could you post those numbers and also any codes you found? I'm not super familiar with where DC should be but I know others are. Your DC with the T500 is prob different than a stock pump so that should be taken in to account.

    yes, especially since you recently did an injector swap. I've had orings go within a couple hundred miles of being replaced due to improper seating of injectors.

    Not necessarily, your injectors can bleed down ICP after shut down, which in turn causes hard starting until ICP comes back up. Your ICP numbers will be fine, but the IPR duty cycle might show some compensating. You also might find a code for low ICP.

    Especially with Beans billet plenums. I can't imagine fighting a really stiff boot on, new silicone boots were bad enough. I considered taking my plenums off and machining a bevel or radius on the outside edge. A two piece intake seems like it might help also, I know it would make some work...
