It will all bolt up. On the OBS trucks, the downpipe can take some time to get fit. The Carson Stauffer kit currently only comes with a 3.5" DP option. They may not have generic tunes available for that strategy. Don't see why they wouldn't, as that is just a 02-03 Federal Manual truck. If you are unable to get a hold of SCT for help or an explanation, we can get you custom tunes for it...- Justin@DP-Tuner

That would normally be associated with the pedal assembly itself. If it is just very sensitive, it can be tuning related. If it acts intermittent, like you describe, that is likely a pedal assembly problem. Normally you can connect a scan tool and watch APP to confirm bad readings.- Justin@DP-Tuner

I agree here. I have liked the functionality of Windows 10 for the most part (much better than 8 anyway), but when it comes to software and drivers, it can be a royal pain. See this all the time with D66 turbos. Even with a 1.0 housing they do not perform much better. If you are spiking to 3000psi and holding 2700-2800psi in your hottest tune, there is no reason to upgrade your HPOP, as your ICP is just fine. How to check pcm code?
Unless it is a Cali model, these codes are correct. XLE for E99 Federal Auto and AWA for E99 Federal Manual. To the OP... You can plug in a scan tool or programmer (SCT, Edge, etc) and pull the Strategy. That will cross to the exact code.- Justin@DP-Tuner

P1211 and P0238
Those two codes are very common when you have an aftermarket tune. P1211 means your ICP is not meeting the desired amount. I do not know that they will go to the extent of MCC when it comes to end user tuning capabilities. Realistically, anyone can tune on virtually any open source platform (SCT, Bully Dog, etc) though. You would just need to invest in the time and software. EZ Lynk is still very new, so I am sure...- Justin@DP-Tuner
