05 fog lights won't turn on
This is an interesting follow for me. My 05 Excursion, the fogs will work most of the time but have times where they just won’t come on. I’ve been wondering if it’s the switch or relay or something.- PSD POWER007

AD or AC Injectors with T4
I don’t see why anyone would really need the 1.0 housing unless you are running larger injectors. With 180/80’s I maintain a 1:1 boost/back pressure ratio all the way up to 43psi. Well, gave my 364.5 the best test that it’s had so far. I towed my 10-11k cargo trailer from Columbus, GA to Metropolis, IL today. When I went up Monteagle, which is about a 5.5 mile 6% grade, I maintained 75 mph in overdrive and never went over 1150*. Pulled between 28-32 psi most all the way...- PSD POWER007

That would be interesting info. My 180/80’s have over 260k miles on them and I was considering 238’s but don’t wanna mess up a great towing setup. Figured they could be tuned back some while still being able to make a little more power.- PSD POWER007

Don’t get me wrong, the BASB worked wonderfully for me the last 4-5 years. The 364.5 is just better. From my experience, that is saying something. Gear Head tunes just work in both my 7.3 and 6.0 Excursions.- PSD POWER007

Yeah, I’ve never doubted the 364.5 wasn’t a great turbo. Just given how great my BASB has performed for me, I never thought a similar sized turbo could be this much better, but it is. I love it!- PSD POWER007

Ok, I am officially a nutswinger! The 364.5 passed the towing test going away. It gets the load going easier, power is there any time that I need it. And the kicker is, only once in my entire 3 hour trip did my egts even get over 1100* and it was barely over then. It was about a 5% grade about 2...- PSD POWER007

I’m not saying it’s night and day difference because the BASB is an awesome turbo, but the 364.5 is a noticeable difference. If it passes the towing test this week like I think it will, it will be money well spent IMO.- PSD POWER007

I’m running FF 180/80’s and my motor has forged rods. My initial impressions is....WOW. Spools slightly faster and definitely pulls harder. Cruising at 70mph on the interstate and 30lbs of boost can be made instantly. My peak boost with the BASB was about 37psi and with the 364.5 it is 43psi. I...- PSD POWER007

Well, I took the 364.5 plunge. Put it on yesterday and will give it a full workout towing this week. If this thing really is better than the BASB I will be completely amazed.
