    Well, gave my 364.5 the best test that it’s had so far. I towed my 10-11k cargo trailer from Columbus, GA to Metropolis, IL today.     My back pressure to boost is still 1:1 at 44psi with the bigger exhaust wheel and the .91 housing.

    That would be interesting info. My 180/80’s have over 260k miles on them and I was considering 238’s but don’t wanna mess up a great towing setup. Figured they could be tuned back some while still being able to make a little more power.

    Don’t get me wrong, the BASB worked wonderfully for me the last 4-5 years. The 364.5 is just better. From my experience, that is saying something. Gear Head tunes just work in both my 7.3 and 6.0 Excursions.

    I feel you on the secrecy. But the BASB is still a great turbo. It absolutely loves to work. The sxe just works better now.

    Yeah, I’ve never doubted the 364.5 wasn’t a great turbo. Just given how great my BASB has performed for me, I never thought a similar sized turbo could be this much better, but it is. I love it!

    I’m not saying it’s night and day difference because the BASB is an awesome turbo, but the 364.5 is a noticeable difference. If it passes the towing test this week like I think it will, it will be money well spent IMO.

    Am I remembering right that the back to back testing of the BASB vs 364.5 showed a 50hp and 120tq gain with the 364.5 and no tuning adjustments?
