Powerstroke swap wont start with key

Here's the pinout for C202 (big firewall feedthrough). It gives the wire colors and circuit numbers, but not the "what are what". There are too many diagrams to search/research through and post. If you need a diagram for a specific system, let me know. Cheers!

Turbo pedestal oil leak after replacing O rings

I modified a stock pedestal on my 94. I had the openings welded up. I attempted to make it look halfway decent (the duct tape is just to protect the turbo mounting surfce). Cheers!

Stand Alone Trans Controller & OneGauge Digital Gauges

The bulb circuit provides the voltage to excite the field windings. The alternator will not charge without that, since unlike an old-style generator, they are not self-exciting. Cheers!

PCM intermittent power or bad ground?

With no WTS, maybe check the connectors and wiring harness(es) near any of the sensors that use the 5V reference voltage the PCM provides (TPS, BARO, CPS, EBP, ICP, MAP). Cheers!

So how are you all liking the new forum software?

It's fine with me. Pretty similar to the other 3 forums I'm on. Cheers!

Anyone know where I can get one of these kits?

Interesting read for you from way back: https://www.thedieselstop.com/threads/update-on-racor-ccv-3550-frd-02-leaks-cfm-pressure-differential.34285/ Cheers!

Is there any point in this protector?

I don't think it's needed. I think it was there to protect it during installation, although the exhaust heat might be a better explanation. My 94's broke too, but the piece was a little longer. When I rotated the nut the whole stud turned and opened a nice slot in my valvecover like a can...

Anyone know where I can get one of these kits?

It's a pdf file so it may not be compatible with your phone. From the pics, it looks like it takes the place of the factory breather (but I could be out to lunch too). Cheers!

Trailer brake controller quit coming down 5%

Is there a dead short in one of your trailer brakes? Does the fuse blow with the trailer disconnected? Cheers!

I didn't see a spec, but these are from the old "7.3L PSD Coffee Table Books". Cheers!

    Crew cab, rear door hinges?

Very common problem (broken "spring"). Both of my 94's were the same and I've never seen any replacements. Cheers!

All of my door locks quit at the same time!

Here's the wiring diagram for a Crew Cab with no RKE. Also C503 Pinout. Cheers!

With no power to the IPR, generally the IPR drain port(s) are open and oil just goes back to the sump. If for some reason the IPR's spool is stuck to where the drain port(s) are closed, you would be getting full pressure all the time. Let me know if you need the pinpoint tests for P1280. Cheers!

I would probably pull the PCM and at least look at its condition (if you haven't done so already) and for possible water intrusion. I had my 94's PCM go out. It wouldn't provide the ground for the IPR power circuit (P1283), but at least it still communicated. Cheers!

You could try filling the rails. When I had the HP Oil Rail end plugs go bad, I refilled the rails with a small funnel in the forward-most top-surface head ports (ICP port and corresponding opposite side) since the engine tilts backward. Took my time and waited for all air bubbles to come out...
