Stupid def pressure line.
Try blowing compressed air around the release, I’ve found that trucks with 500 miles on them have collected debris on top of the tank, but usually I blow the connector out with air before I attempt to make sure nothing gets caught in the release. They usually come right off easily- gotchadollar

H&S non vgt vs streetmax r
H&S FTW!!! Most reliable way to go. i run the 64.5 on my 2015 and haven't every though of going back to a VGT. Yes I lost my exhaust brake, but thats why they have tap shifters right? Pulling doubles I've never seen my truck get over 1000 egts, and never had to back down from a hill. Down shift...- gotchadollar

2011 A/C issues
Mine was my fan clutch, I could hold it and spin it backwards while the truck was running. When the truck was off I could spin it 1 or 2 rotations freely. The good fan clutch spun a 1/4 turn- gotchadollar

I have a built trans stock solenoids and i see over 220psi all the time wot is right around 255psi. i don't think this will solve any issues, if it has harsh shifts or delays chances are you have to much clearance in the clutches.- gotchadollar

Fan clutch
Yes, I have the HSM turbo kit so it made things a little easier but it’s no longer than a 30 minute job. The upper shroud is the only thing needed to come off. No coolant drain. What have you done to your powerstroke today?
Paint correction, rock chip repair, and ceramic coating. I really wish I would’ve done this when I bought it 3 years ago, those of you located in Utah Perfect image detail is the place to go to! Pulling cab without lift
I’ve seen people do it with a reach lift through the cab and they had the forks wrapped in carpet and duct tape. It got the job done.- gotchadollar
