Only 12mpg with dpf and black maxx?

Only 12mpg with dpf and black maxx?
I have an 08 f250 4x4 with 373 gears I just got the truck it has dpf delete but still has the cat. It has a h&s black maxx. Still stock air box. Any ideas why it's so low I know other guys are getting way better. It's just leveled with 35s I've gone thru 2 tanks and haven't seen anything over 13...- Michael220
