Dragging brake issue. Not slide pins
I always use a small dab of grease on the bracket where the pads slide across it. just a light smear spread out. if you get to much, it will run down onto the pads and that is not good. -

You know how to check the diode, right. Ohm meter, remove the diode. Should show open when read in one direction, short when read in the other direction.- Arisley

Steering wheel yanks
If you have ABS on the front it is 4WABS. The tone ring for the rear is inside the differential. It is also where the speedometer signal comes from. -
7.3 Oil galley plugs
Yep, and if you pipe thread them, remember that a pipe thread is a tapered thread, If you over tighten, you will crack the block. Wrap the treads with tow layers of yellow thread tape and snug them up good. -

Time to do injectors
I always make sure the gear is right, snug up gthe bolt and hit it with my impact an number 2 setting. With multiple tests, I have found that is about 105 lbs. Close enough for me. Exactly.- Arisley

You should only use solvents, nothing with grit, for the exact reason the DieselDC said. However, if you washed it out good, you should be alright. I am betting on starting.- Arisley

While i pretty much agree with you, especially at this point and time in the lifespan of the 7.3 and the amount of tunes that experienced tuner have written. They can take one of their tunes, do some custom tweaks to it and email it to you. At that point it is a custom, not a canned tune, you... -

If you had a Hydra, you could call Tony and tell him the issues you are having with your tunes. He could email adjust your tunes, email them to you, you could load them on the Hydra chip yourself. -

I would start by checking the plumbing between the bowl and the tank. You might have to pull the tank and check the plumbing inside the tank. Somebody has already gutted the stand pipe in the bowl. You have plumbing issues between the tank and the bowl. Might actually be feeding the bowl... -

Yep, top one is regulator and return, bottom one is inlet. If you remove the standpipe inside the bowl there is a valve in there that will not let fuel in the bowl unless the cap is on. Simple to remove from the standpipe. Punch it out with a screwdriver. That removes a restriction. where... -

Actually, the top fitting (the one with the pressure setting spring in it, is the return line. If the fuekl is draining, it is draining from the bowl valve or through the injectors or the lines, the OP needs to look in the valley and see if there is a lake there. If it is draining back through... -

Remember, torque on the injector hold down bolts is 120 Inch Pounds. That is only ten foot pounds. If you do not have a torque wrench that can read that low, just use a 1/4 inch standard length ratchet and go pretty freaking tight. Not as tight as you can, but about a one grunt tight.
