Who has had 180/30 or 180/80 for towing
Hybrids. I ran 250/250 hybrids. Adrenaline HPOP kept up just fine. A stock 17º pump probably would have kept up until you got to higher RPM's, however, my 15º would not.- Arisley

Is Rotella really bad on a 7.3?
That is correct, Rotella will not hold up to the shearing that a HPOP and HEUI injectors do to oil. -
Icp and ipr readings
We kinda are the 7.3 Gurus. There are some on here that are better, but we are pretty good. Your Numbers could be caused by high mileage injectors. HPOP could be getting tired. Turbo could be getting tired. 350 compression is OK. It is good that it is consistant across all eight holes... -
2002 7.3 hard start and looping
Think about an Adrenaline HPOP. You can check the gaskets with an ohm meter without pulling the valve covers. There ia an ohm reading from the connector to ground. It is pretty low, but I cannot remember what it is. -

Undo the 1K mod. How many miles on motor, How many miles since last oil change, How many miles on injectors. What year truck. Lots of variables left open to help. -

Power steering and sticking brake
What kind of grease are you using. It needs to be slide pin grease. I also put a dab wher the caliper meets the bracket. -

Do not wear any clothes you care about while fixing it. I also put a big piece of plastic under the truck to save the driveway. -

Did you bleed the power steering pump. Jack up the front so the wheels are off the ground. Fill the pump, start the truck and turn the wheel lock to lock 123 times. Keep an eye on the fluid level and keep it topped off. On the brakes, double check the slide pins and calipers. Sometimes the... -

GPR - Stancor, White Rodgers, Emerson...any better than the OEM one
Right there with you. Most GPR's are rated at 12VDC. Even though it says 12 VDC on the batteries and everywhere else. We need stuff rated for 15VDC. The Western plaw relay is rated for 15VDC.- Arisley

On my truck, if I tried to keep it to the full mark, it would use a quart in a hurry. If I let it run a quart low, it was happy and stayed at a quart low. -
CCV options with T4
If there is a lot of oil in the intake, just remember that oil will end up in the bottom of your intercooler.- Arisley
