Thanks.
As far as the flat spot on some dana 60's
I think any cover will work
My steering linkage is a good distance away from the cover.
No chance of contact.
I don't know a lot about this/I only know what I know
But the kit I use (as mentioned before) uses a machined block that incorporates the stock return pressure spring from the stock pump.
I'm pretty sure you can buy this separately
Or even make one
If you know a Machinist.
It doesn't seem...
Let me ask a stupid question...
Are all Dana60 covers the same?
Such as ford/gm/ dodge
Also are the covers the same front axle or rear axle?
I will be looking for an inexpensive good looking cover for both front and rear.
Haven't had much time to research but I did do a quick search today...
I'd still like to get some bling covers.
Just because.
Will be more visible now with the 4" lift.
I put these G2 covers on the jeep
They were not too bad pricewise.
Don't mind Henry
He feels the need to be included in every picture. [emoji849]
Is this a ford 9.75 ?
Or a dana 60 ... or something else?
Looks like I have a slight weep.
Probably get a Lube locker gasket maybe a fancy cover if I can find one affordably.
Lube locker gaskets have worked pretty well on the Jeep.
Call the ford dealer ?
Boy, you sure have a lot to learn. [emoji849]
And not really worried about liability on a 1995 truck.
Rascal, you are probably late for the pride rally [emoji304]
So if you cant read between the lines,
Piss off dude.
Ahhh OK
That makes sense.
I replaced the stock turbo with kc300x
No more flapper.
Actually.. think I had it unplugged years ago.
Anyway had everything apart
Trying to put the pieces back together
Thank you
Yeah I'm sure you can use whatever you want
And I'm sure people have had success with that.
Hell, I saw some guy on YouTube putting gear oil in his transmission.
Whatever.
I am just trying to get as close as I can to what mother Ford recommends.
It makes me sleep better at night I...
