Jeff's right. At the end of the day it's what people like, it's not like spartan, or H&S or whoever couldn't adjust whatever you are havening issues with anymore, like I said earlier I didn't like the way KEM 310-345 shifted and I called Mike and explained what I wanted and he adjusted it.- 4tonGT40

Get the spartan or the H&S and buy the dash pod from Rudy's that I make for them and it will free up some space and looks good......Bam! Problem solved- 4tonGT40

Honestly I had the "hard shift" issue with H&S running KEM, but Mike adjusted it to my liking. Is spartan able to adjust tunes also? Or it is what it is? On another subject, did you get your ride back? Diggin the pod?- 4tonGT40

My custom H&S mount
2011 XL & XLT dash Pods It has been brought to my attention that the 2011 XL and XLT end caps are black texture, I can still make them for people with these trucks but both end caps will have to be done until I can come up with a way to match the grain in the OEM caps. Thinking of selling my 03 fully built 6.0
I think that in 5 years time some of us on this site could have gotten together and built you a 6.0 from the ground up from scratch. LOL!! what in the H3LL took so long? -
6.4 at Ford for the 4th time now!
I would ditch it when its outta warranty too, looks like you got the truck finished on a friday before 4th of July weekend. LOL...Just to let ya know, all makes and models have issues like this that arent common, I bought at the time 2007 E350 MErcedes-Benz, used with about 17,000 miles.Long... -

I probably should give my dealer a Vin # BC the price he quoted me is over 400$ my cost per side...Thats a Hell NO, but 200 per side maybe..Im not going to do away with the auto hubs, I will take mine apart rebuild them and Im sure it will all be good. All my vacuum lines are good and they... -
Hubs need serviced?
YEah it has a vacuum line that I could tap and put a grease fitting I guess, but I would rather just fix the one's I have. Have you done your this way? -

No im going to pull them apart this weekend. You found new hubs for 120.00$? where? I called my local dealer and my cost on OEM hubs are 400.00 and some change! Thats why im rebuilding them. Plus I figured that its worth a shot, but for 120.00$ I would be all over that like stink on Chit.... -
Hubs need serviced?
I was wondering if the hubs on my 6.4 are serviceable or do they need replaced if they are acting up? Long story short my front drive shaft would spin while in 2H..I cycled the hubs from Auto to Lock and the drive shaft and axles spun free like it should. So I'm assuming that they are sticking... -
A few questions
When my 6.4 was stock It didnt smoke one bit, nevermind leaving residue behind from the exhaust. I would look a little deeper into the situation. Look for bolts that have been wrenched on, or new exhaust bolts where the DPF is or should be..etc. -
