Bismic, thanks for the part numbers. In my searches I haven't found just a o-ring kit. All I'm finding is the j-tube with o-rings as deezez said. Quite the cost difference between aftermarket and oem. But I think I'll stick to oem. My hpop cover has the ipr mounted on the cover. Sent from... -

Making some progress on the rebuild. I'm installing arp rod bolts(mainly because I had them on the shelf), and I noticed the original bolt had a thin sleeve on it(see pic). Do the arp bolts need this too? They seem they could be hard to remove from the original. Trying to get these piston/rod... -

Reviving this.... Pulled the engine and tore it down. Dumped significant coolant out of the passenger exhaust manifold. Also confirmed a bad egr cooler. The coolant sat in some of the cylinders and started pitting. Also found a trashed lifter and matching cam lobe. Needless to say she's getting... -
