The IPR is not universal sort of. If you have a early model HPOP installed, it won't work. Same as the HPOP gasket. What is the part number on the HPOP? Atleast have it narrowed down to the HPOP. What is that compression sound in the video? Billy T. [email protected] -

You have to be careful with putting the junkyard HPOP in. You need to verify what year the HPOP they are so you can put the correct gasket in. I doubt you have 2 bad HPOP and 3 bad IPRs. Something is going on and you need to diagnosis what the issue is. Stop throwing parts at it, you will... -

Need to find out if it's electrical vs mechanical. Do a visual inspection of the engine harness, making sure no bare/cracked insulation, didn't mix up the ICP connector with the EBPV connector. I would verify LPO Then deadhead the HPOP with a manual gauge. And go from there. Report back... -

Every option you posted has something to do with fine tuning. The tunes will need some type of revision; whether it'll be you or the tuner. What's the difference between having a live session vs emailing back and forth with a tuner different revisions? I have (4) TS 6 position chips, (1) 4...- gnxtc2

Yes it does. You don't need to use the fan spacer with the 6.0 fan and Fluidampr. Use the OBS OEM fan, then you need the spacer. Regardless of which fan you use, it is highly suggested to swap in the SD water pump pulley otherwise it's going to be a PITA to get belt on. Billy T. [email protected]- gnxtc2
