    Got it wet sanded and buffed finally. What a pain. We have to go back and hit it with the DA again to take out some minor imperfections in the buffing job, but it looks pretty decent.

    It was from down south so it wasn't bad. Just surface rust. We hot water pressure washed it and I want to say the powdercoaters bake any grease off and then sandblast it. It's not perfectly smooth in some spots but it still looks great. On another note the truck has a few thousand miles on it...

    I should have been more specific. I believe they classify their 30" long one as a muffler/resonator. I think the 30" would be pretty effective for what he wants.

    The FTE resonators work awesome and are pretty cheap. I have not had one on a 6.0, but I had the 30" one on my 3rd gen cummins and it made the truck very quiet, but still had a nice deep tone. I highly recommend them.

    I was wondering where you were at on here!! His isn't gated. Adrien correct me if I'm wrong but you were still going off the obd2 readings for boost and bp from the cts so there were no accurate readings really as far as I was told.

    Exactly what he did. Went from a 68 to the 369 and loves it even with the 50% nozzles. I think it will do REALLY well with the 100s. Let me know if you need help sourcing any parts for that setup, I'd be glad to help you out.

    Friend of mine installed one on his truck this weekend with 205/50s and he loves it so far. It cleans them up to a very light haze and he says it spools quick like his 68vgt did but pulls harder.
