I know that's why I posted that! Don't worry I'm sending my injectors back to get the armatures reset and whatever else they may need... The truck does not fire up easy. With the stock sticks it fired up easy and very fast even in sub zero. Now it will not start whatsoever ever if it's below...- jaybuller

What ever route you go I would invest in a hydra chip. Thy way when you get tunes and tweaks done by your tunner you just plug in the cord and load the new tune. Also I recommend PHP and gh both of them know what they are doing. I like both because they tune on the safe and smooth side. I also...- jaybuller

The way I see it PIS is not pushing more than a 30% nozzel on a 160cc stick..... The 30% does a good job as is on a small stick why mess with it...If he was trying to sell a 200% nozzle he would be doing it on a 200+ cc injector. He has nothing to gain by selling 160/30 sticks over the more...- jaybuller

Hard start when cold NOT glow plug related
How is the blowby out of the oil fill tube at idle? Does it haze at cold start? Does it haze blue once running? I'd say either low or lost compression in one or more cyl or just bad injectors.... I've been down the cold start problem road with 2 of my 7.3 trucks. One turned out to be melted... -

1st time towing
Don't try to go through the atm drive through. Don't forget around sharp turns to make it a little wider swing. Check and recheck your hitch connection. The truck will handle it just fine. It would do twice that weight without problems. And your mileage will depend on your speed. Go fast and... -
