Put in a new Motorcraft fuel filter and new Ford fuel bowl cap....still no start. High pressure oil in the heads was in 2500-300 range on a manual gauge. Have fuel pressure. But this time, no white smoke out the tailpipe. IMHO: something is telling the injectors not to actuate. Even though... -

Yep, put my known working spare in. The CPS I removed was an aftermarket piece that the point just fell off. Also checked all the fuses. No funny skips when cranking. WTS light comes on, tach bounces, got rpm reading on the scanner, got over 500 ICP, got white smoke out the tailpipe while... -

Yes, no filter in bowl. The IPR is Motorcraft. The ICP is BWD (yea, I know). All my readings are on par, don't know why it won't fire. Maybe I gotta ohm out the GP or plug the truck in. Billy T. [email protected] -

So I get a call to help a 17 year old kid to start his '96 7.3. Background: He parks his truck to fix the driver's window. The window got stuck in the down position. So he begins to jump wires on the window switch to diagnosis if it's a bad window motor or switch. He shorts some wires... -

Lowered the F450...
Looks awesome but I would've never cut the front springs, you change the spring rate now and over time. I cut the front springs on my race car and within a year, it sat uneven. Billy T. [email protected]- gnxtc2

Low profile RSK
No experience with the aforementioned RSK but if you decide to IC the truck, would the cross bar interfere with IC. IMHO: with your fabrication skills, I would '05+ swap. Better ride, better brakes, 3.73 gears, etc, etc. You will sell that D60 in a heartbeat. Billy T. [email protected]- gnxtc2
