Going to efuel
I used the same heater wire to trigger my relay and no oil pressure switch. Just use your accessory position of the ignition switch to listen to the radio. No power goes to the heater wire that way. Rusty- rusty1161

New Steering Components
My XRF steering parts only lasted 40,000 miles with regular maintenance. I went with Moog to replace them. Very happy so far with 5,000 miles. I will keep an eye on them. Rusty -

7.3 hpop issues???
As Billy said about the IPR harness, here is mine with copper showing on both leads at the connector. I replaced that connector and fixed my no start issue. Rusty -

T4 Downpipe/E4OD front cooler line clearance
I did the Irate T4 conversion on my truck and initially had barely adequate clearance at the cooler line. Over time, the cooler line was rubbing the downpipe. FWIW, here is how I ran the front cooler line for more clearance, and switched to 3/8" SD hardlines at the same time. 1- Edelmann 822560 fitting $11 on Amazon SD 3/8" hardlines You're going to need the adapter for the rear cooler line and the spacer. 7.3 with T4 SXE Turbo??
I have a 1997 with 363 SXE and 160/30 injectors, E4OD and 3.73 gears. I haven't towed heavier than 6,000 pounds yet, but it does well. Way better than the D66 this setup replaced. I have the 63/73 turbo. Rusty -
