P24AF Code - Particulate Matter Sensor Code
Forscan can recalibrate the DPF but I don't believe this needs done unless the DPF is replaced or reconditioned. The sensor should output the same value, the recalibrate is to account for the natural pressure differential of a DPF unit as opposed to the added restriction caused by soot. -

Had something similar happen in my 99 f150 with the 5.4L. The mechanic was able to thread it for a larger threaded spark plug. I think he said it was something out of a Bronco... Regardless I didn't have it long enough to need to replace the 7 and 1 spark plugs so I didn't worry too much about... -

I feel ya. Depending on what turbo you have under the hood, Pusher might be a good option. H&S intake manifold
No personal experience on this item, but looks to be more focused on bling IMO. From what I can gather they took their upper intake from their piping kit and added a couple pieces for it to work with the stock lower intake manifold. Inside diameter may be larger but to me the flow looks worse...- 6.7Bison

Door strikers = best $100 I've spent on this truck
I know it's only a temporary fix, but I used electrical tape and wrapped it around the striker where the door latches. Has eliminated door rattle for the last few months now. I figure I can do this a few times while trying to wait and see if the strikers come down to a more reasonable price.- 6.7Bison

@lincolnlocker I won't say that I am dead set against Cooper or their sub brands. But essentially not coming with a warranty is a mark against them that make other tires look like a better deal. Regen Triggers
Quick PSA on this. Determined there was a boost leak combined with just bad timing of regens occurring while the wife was driving without a monitor to know when a regen might start or finish. Had it happen to me again here recently with not being able to watch my monitor due to the insurances...
