Is it energizing the clutch on the compressor? IDK if there is a low pressure safety switch in the system but if there is you can jump that and see if the compressor will kick in
That's an open ended question if I ever saw one. High egt towing? Racing? Sled pulling? what elevation? Doesn't really matter for any of that. A good tuner should be able to make 200% nozzles run like stock.
if you want 4-500 horse a replacement compressor wheel aint gonna cut it. Save your money and buy a 38r with some dorman bellowed up pipes of go the t4 with s366 route. I personally wouldn't put 1 penny into a stock turbo.
