That I'm not sure of. I would say yes as it more or less acts as a relay between the two bit can't say for sure. I would use it on my new truck but it won't work with the factory hids.

I have two CAT 1R0751 fuel filters for a 165 AD II new in wrapping. I believe the base on some AD models may need minor trimming for the bigger filter to fit. I also have a baldwin BF1275 water separator filter for the AD II as well in new wrapping. Make an offer. One motorcraft 6.0/6.4 oil...

I've ordered from rudy's since 2008 or 2009 and not once had a single issue with aaron or anyone from his shop. By far one of the best in the business and that's why I came back to order from him again and again. If you have an issue with a product, always call first before firing shots.

55 watt HIDs and Tinted Headlights

If you're referring to a tinted lens, I wouldn't even consider it. I tried it on one of my f150s a while back and light output was terrible even with hids.
