    I have the SSBC calipers on my 00 with regular lines that I put on when I did the calipers. The master has over 200k miles and the truck stops great. I wouldn't worry about trying to upgrade the master, start with the basics like new lines and bleeding both sides of the calipers.

    It will work, you just need to remove a few torx screws to swap the shifter rod with the key release from the manual column. The only hangup I can think of is if one is adjustable and the other a fixed column.

    I had the same issue with mine. I think it was from the tank sitting in the sun and warping slightly. To get the lid back on it took two of us a fair amount of time to force it back into place. Basically just needed 4 hands and lots of patience.
