7.3 HEUI nozzles
You're not going to do nozzles with a wire EDM...you need a sinker EDM. I'm not that versed in the specifics of the size of the electrode to sink a .0065 hole...but it's a minimum .0065 in diameter.- Dan V

2013+ steering gearbox in older trucks
I figured it out, at least part of it. When you drill the frame (2001 frame) to accept the 16mm bolts, the drill drifted down a small amount on the upper front hole. I'll get that straightened out and things should be fine.- Dan V

Well, I don't have that issue as I changed from leafs to coil...and a 2013 steering gear. The coil spring swap, with a 05-07 steering gear would be straight forward, but that beast if a steering gear in 2013, well, it creates an issue. I'm thinking of fabbing up a drop mount, maybe 1/2" will...- Dan V

The 2001 sway bar is behind the axle. When I did the coil spring conversion, the sway bar moves to the front of the axle. It has a 2007 coil spring now. My mistake for not including the coil spring swap.- Dan V

2013+ steering gearbox in older trucks
Ran in to an issue while installing a 2013 steering gear on a 2001 F250. The lower part of the steering hits the upper away bar bracket. I think the solution is to change the mount to accept a 08 thru like '10 away bar. Looking for some guidance.- Dan V

Who has had 180/30 or 180/80 for towing
I tow a horse trailer similar to yours if not bigger. I run 160/30's, and I try not to tow above 65mph. I will run about 11mpg at that speed, if I go faster, it's just gets worse. IMO, it's not about overrunning the PW....it about pushing 22k GCVWR that has the aerodynamics of a shoebox to that...- Dan V

203 thermostat or not
That truck needs a new 'stat. With the 195 it should just a tad less than in the middle of the gauge...given an hour on the interstate. -

Can certain oil instantly ruin an IPR
I'm likely wrong, but isn't the IPR connection nearly identical to another plug in the valley? Maybe they are swapped? -
