    The only reason you have to look at icp voltage is because it's an actual reading from a sensor. The pulse width is a commanded value from the pcm so it should be accurate.

    It still is used for boost refrencing/fueling thought. Just last week the day before I did an oil cooler in mine, i had a weird boosting pulling off a light, like there was no turbo. Pulled the codes had a p0470 for ebp issue. replaced the sensor while i did the oil cooler and hasnt happened...

    Dont believe that EBP-A (actual) is a valid pid on the 03/04 trucks. Doesnt work in my 04 either.

    I read about the snap ring causing random neutral issues and reverse issues. Mine also has drive engagement issues. May try an EPC solenoid first. If i use the IDS to reflash my pcm, will that mess any of my tunes up or no? Or just put it to stock then reload the tune?
