trans relearn question

I have tunes between eric@innovative and matt@gearhead. I know the trans has to relearn part throttle shifts. But does it have to relearn WOT shifts? Just curious because id like to go to the track one night and try both but dont want to have to learn inbetween them because their shift strategys are alot different and takes a few miles on the street when i switch. I know tunes can be wrote not to relearn, but just curious if WOT had to learn between them. Thanks
