Drivers side battery positive cable getting very hot. Need help fast
Took cables off my drivers side battery on my 02 7.3 to clean the corrosion off. I reconnected the terminals and the positive wire got very hot and started burning the rubber. I don't think this is normal. I need help fast I need my vehicle working- adamcook7_3

7.3 powerstroke no start, ran fine yesterday
I figured out the problem. Before I had this problem I hooked up my egt gauge and grounded it to the battery. Today I figured I'd disconnect the ground n crank it over n see if it would fire. Thing fired right up! Reconnected the wire and wouldn't start. Anyone know why that is? Where is a good...- adamcook7_3

Pump is workin, checked the oil, was pretty low so I added some but now my battery's dead, lol we'll see what happens in a lil bit- adamcook7_3

My batteries are very corroded? Would this have any affect on the truck not to start? If so why would it just start creating a problem now- adamcook7_3

2002 f350 7.3, had the truck running all day yesterday using it for work and it ran fine and started everytime I shut it off. Went to start it up this morning and it wouldn't start just kept cranking. I plugged it in for about an hour and still wouldn't fire. What now? (I also cycled glow plugs...- adamcook7_3

There's a ext cab short bed f250 7.3 lariat at a dealership in my town with 80,000 miles for 15000. I thought that was reasonable. No rust either- adamcook7_3

2002 f350 7.3 Brakes are locking up
The brakes on my 02 f350 are locking up. Started happening right after I put a new steering box in. Could that have anything to do with brakes? They only lock up when I hit the brake hard though.- adamcook7_3
