how hot is too hot???? what temp does a stock 6.4 run on the pryometer??? i want to set my defuel at a responsible temp. i'm not a racer.- torqueshift

my 6.4 needs an exhaust brake/retarder
the only thing on the market that i've found is the banks speed brake..which can only be used with banks stuff. no pacbrake..yet. i would love an electro magnetic driveline retarder, but they are pricy and to heavy for light-duty applications, from what i have found so far.....:fustrate::fustrate:- torqueshift

Reporting for duty sir!
new to the forum....from Putnam County New York...45min north of NYC. Having a great time working out the 6.4 kinks and what not. I also own a 2003 Dirtymax ...my plow twuck.
