The other thing I find funny is I have not once said anything negative about a 6.4 other than the second mortgage. 6.4's are very easy to make power with..... I guess 1 out of the 5 "modern" powerstrokes not being a turd is pretty good right? :rollseyes:

Early on this was the case, and I agree... but not anymore. Not myself, but the "other justin" has started an IDI performance company. Bolt on S300 series charger kits, DB4 pumps, camshafts, machine work, studs... ect. Complete kits can be bought, for reasonable prices now... not everyone has...

I ran a 14.05 @ 94mph. My IDI is every bit as reliable as your PSD, and it is 100% repeatable, with any IDI. I have an issue because of blow hard PSD guys running their mouths about stuff they don't know.... you have pointed out no obvious flaws of the IDI, you have pointed out the obvious...

You are so clueless..... spending money on a 7.3 psd is no more "smart" than spending money on an IDI. 2 years ago before we had these new injection pumps and turbos... sure, 200hp/450tq was the highest we seen.... now a 350+hp IDI is a cookie cutter that can be built for less than $3,000

there is 3 6.4's over 700 on fuel. 885, 782, 706......and only 1 over 1,000 on spray....

No one on this site has a 700hp work truck anyways.... last I checked there were only about 7 or 8 PSD's over 700hp on fuel anyways.... when they can get it to make a track or dyno pass.

I feel the same about guys with 7.3's and 6.0s.....
