You calling Bobs cell phone or the office? Bobs cell gets no signal while hes in the shop.

We also close for an hour for lunch and the phones go to the auto attendant but the message literally says "we're at lunch". We dont close everyday either - yesterday was the first day in a few weeks the phones got shut off for lunch.

I'm asking because one of the main points of my day is to NEVER miss a phone call that comes through. We don't even have our phones setup this way except for lunch and after hours just to make sure someome here will answer it.

9 - 5:30

Friday
9 - 5

I think the phones are secretly turning on at 8 now too ...
