05 electrical issues

[Pearsons Diesel]

I've been trying to diagnose an 05 f250. To start with it started popping that was the ficm harness. Now the vanes won't open the truck runs high boost but has no power and smokes heavily and runs very high egts. Over the weekend the icp started reading erratically and the gas pedal stopped working. I've already changed turbo vgt solenoid icp sensor and a different pcm. Any ideas is appreciated even the auto electric shop we have wouldn't take it in.

The wrench light stays on also. It's there any other computer that controls anything other than the pcm behind the battery

Look at EBP voltage and check the tube feeding it, I've seen two trucks in one day that needed new sensors and just had one truck with the tube plugged.
