I think the cab lights look great. I'm like you...I like my trucks to have them!! Plus its easier to find the truck in a big parking lot. When I disarm my alarm or remote start the truck, it lights up all of my parking lights and cab lights. VERY easy to find. lol

haha yeah that would make it very easy to find then. I just cant decide if I wanna put these dodge ones or suck it up and buy superduty lights.

I saw a SD with D-max cab lights on it today... Looked retarded. The Dodge cab lights look really good on the OBS trucks, I'm sure they would look good on the SD as well.

Oh I bet that looked terrible, I dont like Dmax cab lights period. These clear ones were on the fummins and I switched to smoked dodge ones on that and it looked good. I dunno I just cant make up my dam mind:doh:

Truck looks great Matt! I would do the dodge cab lights if i were you, I liked how the fummins looked with them and I think they would look very good on this truck. I'm ordering the smoked recon kit for mine finally.

Yeah I'm the same way. I'm without a doubt nervous about drilling into it, but i think it will be worth it in the end. I think it will change the look of my truck drastically.

Yeah itll definitely change it up. Ill probably do the cab lights and once I get my mirror lights and tail lights on and some fog lights, only other thing that i have coming is some PMF traction bars and then Im done with the truck for a while.

Gonna move on to finding a donor 12v truck for my 86 and get some body work done on that truck.

Well we all have our own opinions, and Im just a cab light guy I dont think a truck looks right with out them

Gonna move on to finding a donor 12v truck for my 86 and get some body work done on that truck.

I have a weird feeling that you will not be done with the truck for long LOL. So whats the plans with the 86? Are you gonna tug it/pull it or just have it to drive?

ha well Im gonna try to leave it alone for a while. The 86 will just be a fun truck but now Im playing with the idea of just doing a 4bt

Nope no tunes, hasnt blown head gaskets in 178k miles so I wanna keep it that way, I wanna stay reliable. Im pretty positive I had at least 1 bad injector though. Gonna throw the scan tool on it tomorrow and check.

Yeah thats true, I havent fully decided yet, itll be a winter project anyways so I have time to figure it out. Itll probably end up being a 12v though.
