Damn good looking truck! The rear is perfect! I am pretty certain I will be going with different front and rear widths to make sure the front is perfectly flush too.

One question, have you had any tire to fender contact? My 2004 dually was lowered and I hit an unseen bump with the wheels turned and the tire hit the center of the fender lip. I was able to bend it back and it was only slightly noticeable...hoping to avoid that in the future. That truck was lowered with a ChassisTech kit that dropped it more than the claimed 3"...ended up putting in spacers to lift it back up some. Hoping I don't have those problems with the DJM beams...but a bit afraid of banging the fenders again.

Prior to adding a bunch of weight under the hood it wouldn't rub. But since I have it will rub. Barely, but it does. I may just do like I did on my '06 and put f350 4x4 springs in.

Did you take any "before and after" measurements?

Was your DJM drop right at the advertised 3" before the extra weight?

Any idea how much the front dropped after the added weight?

I don't have intentions of adding weight...not my plan with this truck...but saving the fenders is important. The problem is really only with the inside tire when the wheels are turned. The outside tire will rub...but if the inside tire hits it grabs the fender lip and pulls it down (not a pretty sight).

No before and after, or any idea how much the extra turbos and plumbing added.

I've never had any issue with the inside rubbing. At most a slight rub on the outside.

There's a Flying J in Albuquerque that has the most rutted road leading to the driveways. I'd never been on it before, and didn't know how bad it was. Made a left out of the FJ so the wheels were turned and was probably going 15 mph when I crossed the ruts. They were so bad they cycled both front tires up into the fenders before I could hit the brakes...and the inside tire grabbed the fender lip and pulled it down. I had to pull off the road and use a jack handle to pry against the tire and bend the lip back up. Pretty sure I used every 4-letter word in the book that day...F that FJ!
