08 6.4 a/c help

A/c cools sometimes but not great! Thinking it may be fan clutch how do you jump out fan clutch switch to activate fan clutch?

is the condenser plugged with dirt? Have you removed the orifice tube to inspect? any debris? Is the system at full pressure? (dont try anything if you dont have correct training and equipment)
