I have a 2012 6.7 here that doesn't make any boost, zero.
It's not setting any codes yet, not even a low boost code. So I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, I checked the MAP and it had some build up on it, but not the problem, I checked the EBPS and didn't find anything plugged.
Something was odd in the data stream, the EBPS voltage was steady and didn't change, I tried I different sensor and the voltage was the same, 4.81v.
I was using my Autel scanner and it was a PID they called "exhaust pressure" so I wondering if it was EBPS or something to do with the previous exhaust that it had , so I may be looking at it wrong, IDK yet.
I'm going to check it tomorrow with my Snap on scanner which I'm very familiar with.
Anyway if this ends up needing a turbo I see Ford make a kit to upgrade it to the 15+ type and it will need tuning.
Any advise on tuning? or diagnosing this problem?
