12v constant on 97 F-250HD powerstroke 7.3L D.

I purchased this work truck and the tow wiring is janky at best. wires came apart while installing tow hitch. I have tested all wires and none of them have 12v constant. what color is it?

What connector do you need the voltage at?

If it is on the hitch wiring the key needs to be on to power the trailer charge wire.

There are no 12 volt constant power points unless the wiring has been changed from stock
