37x13.50 on 22x14
Is this dot legal?
Wrong, 33x12.50s on 16.5x14s are nasty...
For the OP here are 35x12.50 on 22x14. No one has had any issues with running narrower tires on wider rims. They still wear perfectly even too. I understand its to each to his own on looks too.

The set off the truck were on buddy's excursion and heavy as his truck is he has had no issues with them at all for 2 years even with sled pulling and at the drag strip.
When did the low profile stretched out bubble ricer looking tire become cool? I thought the diesel crowd hated on ricers?
I like the way it looks. But my preference comes from the mud racers back in the day. Like 14 wide boggers on 18 wide wheels and bead locks. And I grew up in the land of the lowrider in NM where they had wide wheels and low pro tires. And I'm guilty of running wheels and tires like this. I think it looks cool. Just a matter of opinion.
I picture an overly fat person wearing lycra when I see the tire/rim combo of the topic. Sure you are allowed to do/wear what you want, but should you?
Just like anything else, OPINION.
alot worse stuff on the road than this.never seen anything about what tires go on what rims.
I personally like the wide look, everyone has their own taste. If you don't like it thats great, but I can bet there are people who don't like your style just as much.
Here's some of mine when I had 20x14's and 34/14.50's.
