with my stock injectors and mech pump and a outdated old 50hp gold hypertech chip. My fuel pressure would dip to 30 from 70 at idle.
Just do a diy efuel kit for half the price. though diy can be a pain.

maybe some day I will get some stix...:bowfast:

I ran 160's on an OBS for years... WITH A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE.

Get a fuel pressure gauge and watch the pressure. Good god people...

K I will thank you for your help. I will get a fuel pressure gauge and just run on lower hp tunes. Thanks for your help!!

Not to hijack but could hybrid injectors 200 or 238s be detuned to live with a strong 15 degree hpop and mechanical fuel with a watchful eye on pressure?

Good to know. I figured they could but wasn't sure how big you could go and still detune to run on stock oil/fuel.

i don't remember off the top of my head but i think Charles has ran or is running his 400/400 or 400/200s with a stock 15°. he tunes his own trucks and running compounds alomg with it.

I have those rosewood 160/80's for sale in the classifieds, they are in perfect running order and only have 5000 miles on them, I just bought a set of 300/200's that's the only reason I'm getting rid of them.

I bet it's 400/400's. I'm the only person I've seen running 400/200's. Not a common injector at all.

And Chuckles is damned good at tuning. He knows his ****.

Eh, the power is un real. Other then that the idle sucks along with the hazing. My fuel mileage went down a bit too, which was expected.
