The AD2's are failing left and right on 6.0's, even with the upgraded wiring, and even when it was turned down to only run 15psi on one 6.0 application I can think of...

For an inexpensive and easy solution, I say 6.4 stock pump feeding 6.0 stock pump. For more money... sump to custom filter setup through a fuelab pump straight to the heads.

I agree.... No way will it work.

155/30% with a regulated return, reading at the aftermarket regulator.... will drop to 35psi on and SRL- tune. No way would I ever run the SRL+ with that combo.

175/100 with the same regulated return will drop to 0psi in a SRL- tune if you really get the RPMs up high enough. Without doing a burnout or anytihng and just hammering on the street will drop to around 15-20psi.

In my honest opinion a regulated return will not help hold pressure unless you pair it with an aftermarket pump. Make sure to take reading from the rear of the heads to get an accurate reading. These OEM pumps just do not flow enough for anything larger than stock.

Due to time constraints I am just going to have to do an Airdog II, I leave Thursday and don't have time to build a fuel system, I will be bringing along another Airdog with me incase I have issues. In the instructions does it say how to turn the air dog down to like say 30 psi and then at my regulator on the motor turn it up to 65 from there? That seems like my best choice for right now. When I get back I can play around with building my own fuel system then.

spoke with fass tech department yesterday. they informed me that if the stock pump wont keep up the the 95 lift pump wont help. weird, cuz they said it was rated to 600 hp i ask if that meant it would increase the flow rating of the stock pump with the fass to 600 or if that jus meant that the 95 would only support 600 only with a big enuff pump, and the above is wut they told me.

Mine wouldn't hold with a ad100 w/ sump feeding the stock, down to 30 psi at wot with new filters all the way around and reg return set to 50 I believe.
