Happy to hear you like your new setup.

I also love my TSD tunes. Off the line it feels like it spools 200-400 rpms faster than any other tune. It literally makes the truck feel 5000lbs lighter. Their shifting is also spot on IMO... firm and quick without banging.

Were you not running your TSD tunes with your S2?

Hey Charlie. Thanks for the help in getting me setup with those extra parts and the tunes.

Yes, I was running the TSD tunes on the S2 also. The S2 always pulled well, I just feel like it ran out of breath just past the midrange, and got pretty hot for being on stock sticks while towing. I feel like the new setup is a quicker response than the old setup- like you said, the truck feels like a 1/2 ton the way it rolls out.

I agree 100% on the shifting. I had one quick issue where the truck missed a gear from the tires spinning, and hitting the limiter; but I think that was my fault as it was only day 2 during the relearn. Its hard not to twist it up a little, ya know?

Ive been thru 4 other tuners before I went to TSD. His tunes are awesome.
Wish I would have went there from the get go.

You should move to CT, and Ill let you take my truck for a spin, and you can have a new job!
Get you away from those Vrods and get you working on some real motors lol.
Not too mention I have tons of shop space for two trucks.....

Do you get any drone, like a few others have complained about? Ya my homeowners is none to happly about the racket, can't say I blame them actually.

There is some drone on the highway, mostly around 55-60mph.
I typically run 65-70mph, which puts me at 2100RPM or so with the 4.30's and gears.
Maybe it takes me out of the 'drone zone' with the higher rpm?
Also, I am still running the exhaust over the axle, and with the Dynomax race bullet muffler.
It sounded so good I never even thought to go back to the straight pipe.
It has about the same drone as the S2 did with this exact exhaust setup.
